To provide an effective infiltration system for stormwater from roofs and impermeable surface.

Solution

VersiTanks were placed within an excavated pit and lined with a layer of geotextile. VersiTanks provide temporary storage of stormwater and allow gradual infiltration into the surrounding sub-soil. Soil media above the VersiTank is turfed and supports a range of plant species creating a usable recreational area.
